Pet care experience
I've been volunteering with Wags & Walks for a couple years now and my own chihuahua-mix is a senior dog who has gone through some medical issues. I frequently dog-sit for friends and neighbors, so now I'm starting professionally!

Nick has cared for my dog who has some minor medical needs and reactive issues! My dog has Addison's so I have to give him medication in the morning and at night. Nick has been able to give my dog his meds without any issues or prompting. My dog is also very reactive around others but Nick knows how to handle him and I can't trust anyone else to watch my special guy. Nick also spends his free time volunteering at Wags and Walks so he truly cares about dogs. I highly recommend Nick to watch your furry ones!
To say Nick loves dogs would be an understatement. Whenever a new dog happens to visit, he will anticipate what the dog might need and ensures they are taken care of, whether it’s walking, playtime, or monitored socialization. He has been resident petsitter for friends many times, and overall is a highly responsible person. I highly recommend him for any of your petsitting or dog walking needs!
Nick is a friendly, dependable pet parent and caregiver with patience and humor to spare. He helped look after our husky Yuna and she's never been happier!
Nick is an excellent dog sitter! Not only did my beloved pup get plenty of attention from Nick, she also got to hang with his sweet old dog, Bandit, who is quite a distinguished gentleman in his own right. Nick provided plenty of pics and updates while we were gone, which we really appreciated. I would (and have) 100% have him dog sit our pup again!

I have two small dogs at my apartment (who mostly keep to themselves) and a closed-in courtyard where they can pee and play. I don't let dogs sleep on my bed, but they have plenty of toys and doggy beds all around the 2bd-2bth place.

Please let me know how your dog generally gets along with other dogs. I usually have 2 or 3 friendly ones in this place. I notice most dogs like sharing the same room (my office), so I keep beds and treats there, too.
A typical day
I usually work from home and take breaks every 2 hours or so to let dogs outside in the courtyard. We go on walks about every 4 hours. We have lots of toys and different beds here, too.

I generally write, consult, and do video editing from home, which gives me flexibility on a day-to-day basis and allows for me to go on walks, errands, and make new (furry) friends 7am to 6pm!
