Nichole was amazing! This was my first time using Rover and she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. She always communicated with us and provided updates with pictures on how the dogs were doing.
Nicole was great with my cats! They had a very positive reaction to her from the start. There were some issues with access to the apartment and she handled everything with grace and patience. When I got back, the cats looked happy and well taken care of and the place looked neat. Will definitely use again. Thank you!
Nichole was amazing. She took care of my puppy, played fetch with him, gave him food and also sent us pictures of the puppy while we were out. She is truely caring and my puppy had a lot of fun and enjoyed time with her.
It was a quick trip for us, but Nicole was a great communicator and our pups seemed very well taken care of. Thank you!
