I've been a vegan for the past 20 years and I'm an active animal equality activist and severe lover. Food, fitness and animals are my world! If you need to take a pill everyday, put on special creams, have special food prepared for you, that's fine. Shots, I'm not experienced in byt have no problem following your instruction.
