For pets that need additional care—like senior dogs or those with anxiety—I create a calm, structured environment to help them feel comfortable. I also make sure the home is safe and secure, checking for any potential hazards like open windows, toxic plants, or unsecured doors. Trust is key, and I keep an open line of communication with pet owners, offering updates and photos so they feel reassured their pets are in good hands.
