It is important that I know your pet’s schedule so that I can service them the best way possible. Their needs come before mine and I will adjust to them as necessary moreover I will follow their schedule by all means. This is my full time livelihood so you don’t have to worry about other conflicting schedules.

Hello! I’m Nia and I’ve cared for pets the majority of my life as I grew up with a standard poodle and a cat. One thing I love doing for animals is to sing and dance. Like humans, pets love the amusement and entertainment so with me your pet is guaranteed a performance upon visitation unless they prefer a more chill vibe. I can totally tone it down and cuddle up! Each pet deserves special attention and I am here to give that. I have been with Rover for almost 6 years and have had experiences with many different types of animals of all ages and sizes. From pigs, chickens, and cats, to dogs and lizards, I am more than able to help you and your pet feel at ease while you are away. I like to treat animals as if they were my own nieces and nephews, and they will have an abundance of attention when they’re with me! A lot of people have said that I have a calm presence and have been able to help even the most shy pet open up to me.

Terrible experience with Nia. My husband and I came home from our wedding celebration with our cat locked in the garage, feces on our bed, and she used our home for florist projects with spray paint bringing in unknown plants and flowers. She told us that she did not think she needed to ask us for permission before bringing these items in, even though she knew our dog was having congestion and respiratory issues. Our floors were littered with dirt and debris. When we asked her about these things we came home to, she just said “it really sucked that it happened”. She told us that she swept and vacuumed, but it was obvious she did not because we had to deep clean our house when we got home. We would NOT recommend Nia to anyone who loves their furbabies and wants the best care for them. When we asked her if she believes this is the type of service we paid for, she said “yes, she did her job”. We do not want anyone to have to go through the same situation as we did with someone who disrespects our home and neglects the safety of our animals. Leaving our indoor cat locked in the garage all day before she left our home with no food, water or litter box, and not taking care of our animals to the point where they are defecating on our bed because they are not being let out enough, is inexcusable.
