Nevaeh was great! Flexible with timing, sent pics of Isla during her stay and communicated with me well!

This was my first time using Rover. The experience was not good. Our Labor Day plan wasn't finalized until the day before. So we booked our boarding with Nevaeh at the last minute for two nights. Nevaeh agreed to send pictures to me. However, the first day I messaged her a couple of times during the day but no response from her. In the evening, I called her. She hung up on me and texted me saying she was on a team call. She would send me pictures once the call was over. The next morning, I didn’t see the pictures and contacted her again. She explained that she sent the pictures to Rover but Rover didn't send them to me. I asked her to send them again and only received one picture. The 2nd day, I didn't bother to ask her for anything. No pictures, no messages from her for sure. After we picked up our dog Ivan, he was so thirsty and drank a lot of water. Nevaeh didn't want to spend a little time talking to us about Ivan's stay. After we got home and put him in the yard, he had a big poop in a few minutes. He didn't smell good even though we just took a shower for him before Labor day. So we took a shower for him after we arrived home. We had no idea how he was treated in the past two days and he couldn't tell. We will never use Nevaeh anymore for sure.

Nevaeh took good care of the cats and provided regular updates and photos. Two of the cats are not social with strangers and Nevaeh checked that they were okay when they would hid during the visit.

Nevaeh did a great job. First time leaving my (puppy) dog with anyone and she took great care of him. No complaints at all and Nevaeh stays in contact with you the whole time. Will use again if I need to go out of town or just need a sitter for the day!

Super nice and responsive to all our questions. This is our first we leave our babies so we worried and she made us feel at ease in leaving them. Highly recommend her!!!

Nevaeh was sweet and was there for updates whenever I asked for them. The pictures showed Tucker being walked and having a chill day. Tucker came home eager and ready for a nap! She helped make our weekend getaway stress free!
