Get to know me: My dad got my dog, Kyria (a boxer), when I was 7 and from that moment I’ve been head over heels for furry friends. I started taking her for walks on my own (during the day) that year and have loved befriending and caring for all of his dogs since then. I also used to take care of neighbourhood dogs while their owners were on vacation (walking, feeding, playing, enrichment, basic training, bathing). I also have a cat of my own and love spending time with and caring for her! She generally follows the play, eat, sleep schedule to try and simulate “hunting”. I’d love to check in on or house sit for your cats as well as dogs 💛 Service radius: I have my service radius set to a very small space. Feel free to message me if you’re outside of it but still within the HRM and I’ll let you know if I have time to accommodate the travel to and from your location. This just allows me to have more control over my own schedule ☺️ What does a booking with me look like? Dog drop ins: If you’re working all day and want someone to check in on your pup, get them out to do their business, give them food/water, and give them lots of love then this option is for you! If you have an active/high energy dog we can even go on a short walk to make sure they don’t take any of that energy out on your house ☺️ Cat drop ins: If you’re doing extra long work shifts or going away on vacation, a drop in can be the perfect option to ensure your cats are taken care of! Most cats don’t need constant care the same way dogs do, so 30 minutes - 1 hour can be enough time to play with them, give food and water, and clean their litter box. Walk: A walk is just that, a walk! For the 30 minute option I try for close to 30 minutes of actual walk time so your rover card will say ~35 minutes on it so that we have time to come in and out of your house/building and get leashed up. Getting to take dogs on walks where they can sniff and explore is one of my favourite things to do! It provides great mental stimulation that can help with overall behaviour. Owners don’t often have time in their schedules to do this so I love to when I get the chance! House sitting: I would love to come stay at your place and look after your pets while you’re away! I have some daily dog walking clients so your dog will need to be able to be left alone for 4 hours at a time. If they can only be left for 2 hours, there will be an additional charge for constant care.
