Natalie was great with our pups and our house, she was very communicative and the dogs were in great hands. You can tell she loves dogs so much and is a very caring sitter. We were grateful to find her over a holiday weekend!
Natalie did a great job again watching our furry girls at our home for a week. She kept us updated daily with thorough notes on both animals. Would highly recommend Natalie!
Loved Natalie! Our first time using Rover and Natalie stayed in touch with us and let us know how it was going. She sent lots of pics too! We are pleased to get to know Natalie and look forward to having Natalie take care of our little Yorkie Poo again. She’s our little baby and Natalie treated her as one!
While my pups survived the house sitting visit and Natalie provided a diary of the visit that seemingly revealed good care when she was actually here, she completely bailed on several other promises. She told me she’d be able to come on work breaks to let out my senior dog but then failed to do so. Though I was able to have a friend come over for one visit, she told me she’d be able to handle the second but again failed to. Even worse, after confirming a subsequent visit over a month in advance and reconfirming just days before, she cancelled with no apology or offer to coordinate another provider - only saying she “forgot” she was going away. This has left me completely scrambling to find replacement care and has been incredibly stressful. Only after relaying how upsetting it was did Natalie offer a feeble “sorry.” Finally she left my home with several accidents with no heads up. If she had just told me and tried to clean, that’s all I would have needed. But instead she tried to hide the damage by flipping over the sofa cushion. The other she left open a door that should have been closed. Though I have a senior pup in diapers, he doesn’t have accidents in the house unless his diaper has been forgotten to be put on or put on completely wrong. I was really excited about Natalie - thought we had a great meet and greet and we had common acquaintances. But she really dropped the ball and I wouldn’t recommend her if you need to count on care for a senior or special needs pup.
Natalie was awesome! She stayed at out home and kept us updated everyday with pictures and activities for our German Shepard and Cat. They were taken very well care of and we wouldn't hesitate to have her come watch our two girls again. Thanks Natalie!
Natalie kept us informed throughout her stay with Ellie. Ellie loved snuggling up with her throughout the day.
