My dog had a nice time with Natalia and her partner. It was good to receive photos each evening. This was a lastminute booking and I was grateful to them for their flexibility and speed of response.

Unfortunately we weren’t very happy with our first rover experience. Our 8‑month‑old puppy stayed with Natalia and her partner overnight. The property was not as described in their profile. The small outdoor deck and garden area was not clean (dog faeces had not been removed). We were only informed two days prior that other dogs would be present; this was not stated in the original booking. Communication during the stay was limited and mainly in response to our messages. We were told our dog would be taken to a local park, but on collection were advised he had only been taken for a short walk on the streets. At drop-off, an unidentified person was actually asleep in the living area where our dog was due to stay, with no explanation provided. There was an issue with our intact 8‑month‑old puppy marking inside. He does not do this at home or in other environments. The presence of previous marking in the carpet likely the reason, and the area appeared not to have been adequately cleaned. Overall, we were dissatisfied with the experience.

Schedule
Both me and my boyfriend do hybrid working so there will always be at least 1 person in the house to keep the dog company. You can expect often toilet breaks and scheduled feeding.

Safety, trust & environment
Our home is 84 sqm + fenced garden (approx 50 sqm). Ideally spacious for pets of any size. We are happy to take walks with an extra active dog after work in our nearby park.
A typical day
For activities we can play Fetch with sticks/ ball in the park. We can take multiple dog bookings at the same time so they get a chance to socialise with others!
