I recently had the pleasure of leaving my cat, Widget, in Naomi’s care, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I reached out, Naomi was incredibly accommodating, despite the last-minute nature of my booking. She quickly put me at ease with her thoughtful questions about Widget's routine, preferences, and temperament. Throughout the week, Naomi went above and beyond to ensure Widget was not just cared for but truly comfortable. She provided regular updates with photos, videos, and even amusing anecdotes about Widget's antics. These updates were a source of reassurance and it was clear Naomi genuinely enjoyed spending time with Widget and understood her needs, from managing her feeding schedule to ensuring she had a calm and cozy environment. Naomi's communication was excellent! She was proactive in handling potential challenges (like Widget's reluctance to enter her travel case!). Widget, who can be shy with new people, seemed to thrive in Naomi's care, snuggling on the sofa and enjoying her meals without hesitation. This was, without a doubt, the least stressful pet-boarding experience I've ever had. Naomi's thoughtful and attentive care allowed me to travel with peace of mind, knowing Widget was in excellent hands.
