If you’re looking for a warm, safe, and loving place for your pup to stay while you’re away, you’ve found the right place! Pickup and drop-off available within 25 miles for your convenience. ⸻ Maples Place is completely set up with dogs in mind—lots of cozy indoor spots to rest, multiple fenced yards for running and play, custom made doggie “bedrooms” for sleeping, and a calm, structured environment where dogs can settle in and feel right at home. We’re not a kennel or a big facility—we keep things small, personal, and intentional so every dog gets the attention and care they deserve. I (Naomi) work from home full-time and have spent my whole life around animals. I’ve got over 8 years of hands-on experience training service dogs, caring for anxious or special-needs pups, giving meds, and working with all kinds of behavior—from separation anxiety to reactivity. Your dog will get plenty of attention all throughout the day: outdoor time, play sessions, potty breaks, cuddles, and whatever else helps them feel comfortable. dogs are either in the home with us, outside playing, or in our custom built dog room. My husband Clancy runs his own business, but when he’s not on the job site, he’s just as hands-on—he helps with walks, feeding, and playtime. He’s a total animal lover and treats every dog like one of our own. We’re not a revolving-door kennel or a high-volume facility. We intentionally limit the number of dogs we host so each one receives personalized attention and care. We tailor our routine to your dog’s individual needs and preferences—and we’re happy to accommodate special requests. Whether your dog needs extra cuddle time, a special feeding schedule, or medication management, we’ve got you covered. We provide regular updates (every 1–2 days) with photos, videos, and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. Please Note: We do welcome multiple dogs at a time depending on their temperament and compatibility, we ensure each one gets the attention, space, and downtime they need. If your dog requires one-on-one care only, and doesn't do well with any other dogs, we might not be the best fit, As we have 3 dogs of our own already. While we warmly welcome pups with individual quirks—like separation anxiety, some reactivity, or special needs— we cannot accommodate dogs with a history of outright aggression towards humans or other dogs. We don’t typically do meet and greets at our home for security and privacy reasons. While this is our business, it’s also our personal home, and it’s important to us to protect our space and keep things safe for both our family and the dogs in our care. Instead, you are welcome to book a day of daycare at our place to make sure it’s a good fit! It is absolutely not required and most skip it, but if it would make you more comfortable to see how your dog does in our environment, don’t hesitate to ask for daycare. ⸻ We look forward to welcoming your dog into our home!
