Pet care experience
I said I have 20 years of experience but really it goes way beyond that. I grew up with creatures of all types in my life and this is the first time I haven't had one of my own. I have cared for family's and friends' dogs, cats, birds, rats, fish, creepy-crawlies and the occasional horse and chicken. I am very active and appreciate a good walk many times a day...but who doesn't like an afternoon nap in the sun, too. Let me take care of yours so I can have my critter fix and you can have piece of mind.

Morgan spent 10 days caring for my dog Moi. She took him on lots of walks and hikes. I got picture updates of their adventures and felt so good knowing he was getting exercise and enjoying the summer days too. Morgan took care of our elderly cat, Rajah, and did a marvelous job. Rajah was in renal distress and required special wet food, but because he couldn't eat very much at a time, we had to offer him food four times a day. Morgan was unable to stay at our house with him, so she visited four times a day to ensure that he was eating and drinking - so critical with a disease like this. I couldn't have asked for better care for him. She even sent us photo updates, which eased our minds a lot. I found Morgan to be completely dependable and responsible. I highly recommend her!

A typical day
I will have toys that will stimulate their curiosity and calm their jitters. Lots of walks for active dogs and lots of cuddles for the less-active or senior pets. We usually rise early and go to bed early. Pretty quiet neighborhood with a few friendly doggie neighbors we will meet and greet. We follow all your feeding and watering instructions. If they're used to a kennel, please provide.

Availability
I have a flexible schedule. I'm home most of the time except for the occasional trip to the store, health club or visiting family. I have a young grandson who visits a couple times a week. He is very familiar with having pets. I live within the city limits and am able to travel easily between pet clients.
