He treated Bernie like his own, sending us regular updates and videos that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I couldn't be happier with the care my two cats received! This was my first time leaving them with a pet sitter, and I was so nervous, but I received regular updates, photos, and messages that put my mind at ease. Lola is usually very shy and spent most of the day hiding at first, while Olivia made himself right at home exploring. It was reassuring to know they were both being cared for with patience and kindness, and that their different personalities were understood. I came home to two happy, healthy cats, and I could tell they had been well looked after.
