I used Mingqi & Bingkai twice, and they watched my dog for about a month in total. I want to acknowledge that they cared for him and that I appreciated the time they spent with him. However, my second experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I would not book with them again. Before the stay, I provided very clear instructions regarding his feeding schedule, food portions, bathroom routine, and drop-off time. Unfortunately, several of those instructions were not followed. One of my biggest concerns was that he was not being given the bathroom breaks he needed. When this was brought up, rather than taking responsibility or discussing what had happened, I was told that I was essentially lying about my dog being potty trained. I found this extremely unfair and concerning. I know my dog and his routine, and if a normally potty-trained dog is having accidents while in someone else’s care, I would expect the sitter to first consider whether his needs and bathroom schedule were being adequately accommodated. Especially given that both sitters work from home, I found it difficult to understand why regular bathroom breaks were apparently an issue. There were also clear instructions regarding his feeding times and portions that were not followed. When I asked why he was being fed earlier than the specific times I had provided, I was met with a defensive and hostile response, with the conversation being turned into me “blaming” them or looking for a problem. I was simply asking about instructions that I had clearly communicated in advance. The communication became even more uncomfortable toward the end of the stay. I explained that I needed him dropped off at 7:30 PM, and specifically asked that they not arrive earlier because I would be coming home from the airport and would not be home to receive him. Their response was unnecessarily rude, including comments about how they couldn’t be “a minute” late because I was so strict about timelines. I don’t think it is unreasonable for a client to communicate a specific drop-off time when there is a legitimate reason for needing that time respected. What bothered me most was the way my concerns were handled. Instead of simply communicating professionally, the conversation became increasingly defensive and confrontational. I was also told that I needed to show more appreciation for everything they had done, which I found inappropriate in the context of a paid service. I am grateful when someone takes good care of my dog, but expressing gratitude should not mean that a client cannot raise legitimate concerns about the care being provided. I have messages documenting these interactions, and unfortunately, the tone and manner in which I was spoken to made me extremely uncomfortable. I genuinely wanted this to be a positive experience because I had used them before and trusted them enough to leave my dog with them for an extended period. However, the combination of instructions not being followed, concerns about bathroom breaks being dismissed and turned back on me, and the increasingly hostile communication left me feeling that my concerns as a pet owner were not being respected. I appreciate the time they spent caring for my dog, but ultimately, trust and communication are extremely important when someone is responsible for your pet. Based on my second experience, I would not personally book with them again.

Mingqi and Bingkai were amazing sitters for my dog, Jack! They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable to leave my dog from my first meet and greet visit. They updated me throughout Jack’s entire stay with multiple videos a day. My dog Jack, looked so happy and having the best time. Mingqi and Bingkai made it so easy for us to leave our dog with them. It was his first time away from us, and they gave him so much love and care. They sent us multiple videos and photos to keep us updated at all times. We will definitely rebook with them. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby!

I was so happy this time and always with Mingui and Binkai this time. As there was some error for time from my side, but they understood and corrected and accommodated my dog Romeo. Thought Romeo's stay they were very kind and patient. As my dog has anxiety issues but they always handle him so well. I am so relived and thankful to them for taking such good care of my dog. They both are amazing and so is their friendly dog Zeze. Thanks again Minqi and Binkai.

Mingqi and Bingkai took great care of my Luna. They provided constant updates and photos which made me feel she was well taken care of. I will definitely be rebooking soon!

Miki and Bingkai are wonderful sitters! They put a lot of attention and care into making sure my dog has a good time during boarding/ pet sitting. I receive many updates and videos showing my dog is having a blast playing with them and their dog, Zeze. Would definitely book again, thank you!!! 😊
