Michelle was an outstanding pet sitter. Before our vacation, she took the time to visit and meet our two cats, to understand their needs and go over my cats medication requirements. She cared for them wonderfully, gave me lots of photo and text updates, and easily administered their medication. She has a very calming presence which I'm sure my cats appreciated. We will definitely book her again for our next vacation!
My cat, Miss Maple, is quite skittish and struggles with change. She has been known to not eat for 3 days when I was away. Michelle visited daily at the exact same time, and while she only caught the occasional glimpse of Miss Maple, the visits felt safe enough for Maple to continue to eat, drink and do her business as usual. This is huge and speaks to the Michelle’s gentle approach. I very much appreciated Michelle’s daily communication, including photos, about how things were going. Miss Maple looked great when I got home, no signs of stress or distress. I highly recommend Michelle as a pet sitter, and will definitely call on her for future pet sitting services. Thank you Michelle for giving me peace of mind while away 🙏🏻
