I have owned dogs since I was 7, ranging from small to large breeds. I have had a love for all animals all my life, and at one point considered a career as a Vet. I have been fostering the last 2 years with German Shepherd dogs as well as puppies. This company is the Sierra Nevada German Shepherd Rescue located in the el dorado hills area. I currently own a golden retriever and a rescued German shepherd/golden retriever mix, who have gotten along with all fostered dogs. I have a large backyard with a pool, and teach each dog basic commands, as well as an education as a dog groomer. There are many trails around my home, and I love to take the dogs for walks or jogs, depending on their energy levels.

Michelle is a true animal lover and I trust her to watch my fur-babies anytime I leave town or know I'm going to have a long day at work. She genuinely cares for animals and even fosters dogs when the local rescue needs assistance until a forever home can be found. Due to her fostering activities, her own two dogs are very used to unfamiliar dogs and are quick to make friends and are great sharing toys. Her home is open and clean with a big, fenced backyard for the pups to run and play in. You won't regret leaving your pets in her care and know they'll be having a great time until you return :-)
Michelle is the epitome of dog owner! Although, dog LOVER is a much more suitable word! Michelle never seizes to provide all dogs in her care with the utmost attention and compassion. I would trust Michelle with any dog, any time!
