Pet care experience
I've had pets since I was a little girl and raised my daughters with both dogs and cats. They are a constant source of joy, love, and entertainment. I currently have two shelter dogs, Scout and Francie, who pass their time chasing squirrels, running at Dillon Beach, and bickering over the best spot on the bed. I've helped friends and neighbors with their pets over the years, and love getting to knew each pup's unique personality. Our dogs' "cousins" - two energetic dachshunds - are particular favorites. I will be happy to take excellent care of your dogs and cats while you're away - with plenty of walks, cuddles, and care.

Michelle cared for our sweet 7 month old kitten named Suki as well as our elderly cat, Khaleesi. She was booked for 3 days and I had another neighbor set to take over just to break up the responsibilities. After her two days, Michelle said she would love to take over the rest of the week! I was so happy to hear that, as Suki had already taken such a shine to Michelle when they were first introduced. Michelle gave us twice daily, thorough updates on Suki’s activities and demeanor, as well as going above and beyond her duties! And we came home to a homemade apple pie! Michelle has been our neighbor for 15+ years and has always been so kind and generous with her time to my family. Over the years, I’ve trusted her with not just my pets, but my most precious cargo of all, my daughters!
Michelle is a loving dog owner of two sweet pooches. She is playful, kind, and caring with all dogs, not just her own. Michelle is a very reliable person and is always on time (or early) and can be counted on to follow through with all tasks. My dog has known Michelle for 11 years and she loves Michelle so much! Michelle gets on the floor with the dogs and they can sense that she is really in touch with them. She’s the best!

We plan daily activities for them, including walks, hikes, the beach, and parks - and I will do the same for your pups! Our norm is to walk the dogs three times per day, but I am happy to accommodate the needs of your dogs.

I'm a retired nanny, so my time is my own and I will be able to provide your pets with frequent exercise and stimulation. My husband is here at home to care for our own dogs when I am away playing with your pets.
