I care for cats or small to mid size dogs in YOUR home. I try my best to stick to their daily routine and offer any chores that you require- from watering plants, retrieving mail/packages and taking out the trash. I always alternate lights and blinds if you do not have an alarm system. I formerly designed security systems for business. I care for your home as if it were mine and leave it as clean, or cleaner, than when you left. I was formerly an art consultant for 14 years and a mortgage broker/banker for 15 years. I was one of the first woman to fund a $50M CMBS on Wall Street. I also worked for ADT designing small business security systems. I have 13 years of continuous sobriety and am extremely reliable.

It is important to know your pet(s) feeding and medication schedule. I am not comfortable administering IVs or shots. I am comfortable administering medications into food or ears. Please provide the name of your vet and a carrying case, God forbit it be required. Please tell me any personality quirks- such as "My bengal will only drink water from the faucet" and habits- such as "One of the cats will generally throw up each day. Please clean with "X". Or, please feed the feral in the back yard. Or, if you can not find the calico she is generally under the bed in the guest room or behind the chair in the LR, etc.
A typical day
I enjoy walking small to mid size dogs around the neighborhood, or on one of the many flat trails in Loveland. I will love, cuddle and play with your cats and dogs. I maintain their daily feed and medication schedule. I send you daily reports with lots of FUN pictures. Photography was my major in college.

I am a lifelong cat owner and lover and shall care for your felines as if they were my own! While you are traveling, you can expect your pet(s) feeding, medicine and play schedules to be maintained with loving care. Expect daily FUN photographs and reports, as I believe it provides peace of mind. Upon request, I can also groom (brush) your cat(s) daily. My husband Richard and I work as a team. We will water your interior and exterior plants, retrieve mail & packages, alternate lights and blinds. Your home shall always be as clean, or cleaner, than you left it. We also care for and walk small to mid size dogs. For long durations, I am willing to spend a few nights at your home, so your pet(s) don't get so lonely. I charge for a 1/2 hour but always stay longer, as I do not view a half hour as enough quality time. For references, see Rover, Yelp and I also have a LOR. I come to your home, so your kitties or dogs are relaxed and comfortable versus the stress of boarding. I can not watch pets in my home as we have 1 cat. I have had cats since I was a little girl, from purebreds to adopted ferals. I love them all; each with their own distinct quirks and personalities. I have owned as Bouvier and an American Staffershire terrier. But I am far more comfortable with cats, as I was cornered by 5 Saint Bernards when I was a little girl. I charge $25 for a half hour and $40 for an hour. I service the Loveland area including Berthoud, Johnstown, Windsor, Southern Fort Collins and Northern Longmont. Michele did a fantastic job with our 3 kitties. She went above and beyond with her care. She even offered to brush our most affectionate kitty! She sent excellent pictures of our kitties and was very communicative with us and was great to make sure we made it home to our kitties.
