I have worked as a veterinary assistant for over 4 years, as well as spending time working for the Virginia Beach SPCA. My perfect environment is one that involves animals. I will always care for your animals as if they were mine! All animals deserve all the love that we can provide. I would rather be surrounded with a pack of animals than one person! I will do anything and everything for your pets!

I have been using Rover for the last 5 years, different addresses and different sitters, and can honestly say that Michala provides TOP TIER service. Exactly what you want from a pet caretaker. She came over already of time for a meet and greet, asked great questions, and listened to my tips. She sent pictures and messages every day and left my home even cleaner than she found it (even left a sweet note!!). I reside in a home that has a large fenced in backyard, so there is plenty of space for your animals to run around and play outside! I also have an animal room where the litter boxes and dog kennels are kept. This is the room where the kennel would be set up if one is needed!

I personally have extensive knowledge and experience taking care of dogs and cats that have all types of needs. Administering medications, oral or injectables, are no problem for me. I have also worked a lot with senior animals that may need some extra help doing simple things.
A typical day
I love taking dogs to the dog park if possible. They get to play with other friends and get loads of energy out! Having a fenced in backyard, I will also play ball and other games outside on nice days! Once they are all worn out, cuddling on the couch with my animals is my favorite!

I am currently going to college mostly online. I have plenty of time to spend with the furry babies! I stay home with my own animals while my partner works, so this is a great option to help others take care of their animals while at work or on vacation!
