I’ve grown up around animals my whole life. I had a cat from a young age, and my grandparents lived next door with dogs, so caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. With flexible working hours, I can easily fit around your pet’s routine — whether that’s long walks (which I genuinely love), playtime, cuddles, or simply keeping them company. I’d love to have a dog or cat of my own, but as I travel fairly often, pet sitting is the perfect balance. I’ve provided in-home care for both dogs and cats, including caring for my friends’ pets. I always make sure every pet feels safe, relaxed and loved, whether they prefer quiet companionship or lots of affection 🐾🍂

Mike was great looking after Elvis. He was reliable, kept me well updated and sent plenty of pictures, which was really reassuring. Elvis looked relaxed and happy in the photos. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike and would happily book with him again.

Schedule
I work from home Monday to Friday, which allows me to easily adjust my schedule to suit your pet’s needs — whether that’s a midday walk, feeding, playtime, or simply keeping them company. I enjoy longer walks in the evenings and at weekends. With a flexible routine, I can make sure your pet always receives the care, attention, and companionship they need.

My day usually starts with a coffee and a walk to Meadows Park, just next to my flat. I often head out for a shorter midday stroll, and after work I enjoy a longer walk to unwind. Throughout the day, there’s always time for play, cuddles, and keeping your pet company. I’m more than happy to follow your pet’s usual routine, even if it’s different from mine. I have plenty of experience with ball throwing, wand toys, and finding the right balance between play and rest to keep pets happy and relaxed.
