Michael was awesome and a godsend for our family. We had travelled to Galveston for a family vacation and brought our dog. We decided to take a day to see Space Center Houston and wanted our pup to not be in a crate but have company - especially being in an unfamiliar place. When Michael met us, he immediately connected with our dog and seemed to clearly understand his needs. By the time we returned from our day, our dog was worn out and happy.
