I am person who worry very much and imagine worst case scenarios, but everything has gone very smoothly. My dog was adopted and i was scared that he will think his family is leaving him, and that he will be very stressed and very anxious. But that didn't happen. Michael did his job very professionally. I can say that me and my dog feel more confident after this experience with Michael. I'm happy and satisfied.

Michael is a lifesaver! We contacted him on short notice, when it became evident that the weather conditions would make it necessary for us to switch to indoor activities on our family trip to Vienna, for which we could not take our dog along. We replied quickly and to the point to our initial inquiry and all other messages. Setting up the meeting was straightforward. Michael also provided us with useful information we were not aware of before, namely that dogs have to wear a muzzle on public transport and in many other public spaces in Vienna, prompting us to get one for a stress-free stay. Michael is very friendly, and handing our dog over for the afternoon stay was very direct and without any problems. His place can be easily reached by either public transport or car. During the stay, he provided us with updates and pictures, making us very comfortable. We warmly recommend him and would consider booking him again at any time.
