I am very flexible with my hours and happy to discuss times with customers. You can check my availability here on my page which will be updated regularly! Don't hesitate to ask me any questions and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Because my schedule is unpredictable, if you would like regular walks you may have to be flexible as no two weeks look the same for me.

I am willing to tend to the individual needs of every pet, if you have any specific requirements or needs please let me know beforehand and i will take it into account. I have worked with elderly pets, rescue dogs and puppies. Currently I offer Dog walking, House sitting and Drop in visits, but I don't offer boarding in my own home. In case of an emergency: In smaller emergencies I will do everything I can do to keep your pet safe using my basic first aid knowledge. As I don’t currently drive, I recommend that beforehand you let me know which vet your pet is registered at so that I can contact them. I also recommend that you give me emergency contacts of a trusted neighbour or friend nearby who may be able to give me a lift or help me out. I can also use uber pets if I need an emergency lift.

Of course I will need to know any medical needs the pet has, but also habits and behavioural quirks. This is so I know what I am getting into so I can prepare ahead of time. For example if they are particularly energetic or aggressive or they don’t get on with other animals.

I love to take dogs to parks and love to play. I will always try to figure out what your pets favourite hobbies and toys are and make sure I use them.

I have been caring for dogs my whole life as I have grown up with them, I adore cats too! I love meeting new pets and also having regulars that I have bonded with over time. I have studied and completed a Dog Body Language course (iPET Network Level 2 Award in Canine Body Language) This gives me a more in depth understanding of dog communication. As well as that I have taken a ‘Dog CPR, First Aid and safety’ course which means I will do everything I can to keep your pets happy and healthy!! I also volunteer at a cat shelter when I can, which has given me the opportunity to care for cats with many different needs. Mia was an excellent trustworthy sitter who was organised, very professional and responded promptly to messages. She took very good care of our anxious elderly dog; we found him perky and relaxed when we got back and quite disappointed we were staying! I have no hesitation in recommending Mia.
Mia is an absolutely wonderful sitter! So friendly and our pup Dillon was always so excited to see her! Great communication, lovely pictures and altogether made us feel super relaxed that Dillon was having a great time while we were at work. Would highly recommend to anyone and hope to be working in Birmingham again soon so Dill can hang out with her again!

We had to contact Mia at very short notice to help us out, and as she was free, she didn't hesitate to come and look after Bailey. Always polite and friendly, and Bailey loves her.
