Hi, I'm a remote worker who loves to travel and meet new people and pets. Recently, I have been spending more time in Hawaii, so I'm starting my Rover back up while I'm on island. I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other pets. I've taken a training in dog body language from the humane society and am very detail oriented when it comes to following instructions for your pet's needs. I work remotely, which means more time at home caring for your dogs or cats. Your pet will be my priority while I'm at your place. I'm also happy to tackle other responsibilities during a pet sit - picking up mail, taking out trash, etc., so that everything gets taken care of while you're away. Cleanliness will be a priority, and I always pick up after myself to leave a space exactly as I found it.

This was the first time we have left our pup Milo for a week with a stranger. I was pretty nervous about it but as soon as I met Melissa I knew he would be taken care of! She updated us daily with texts and photos, and I wanted her to feel welcome in our home. When we got back, it was just the way we left it! Definitely recommend!
Melissa was an amazing house and pup sitter for my high energy girl this past weekend. She visited us a few days in advance to get a feel for my girl and our home and took notes the whole time about Penny's care and preferences. I felt so secure leaving her with Melissa. Melissa looked after our puppy Mabel and did a fantastic job! At the time she wasn't very well trained and Melissa even took the time to teach her a few tricks. She kept me up to date and sent lots of photos. She's my go to person for pet sitting. I would 100% recommend her!
