Im currently a nee SAHM , so any and all nee side hustles will help. Because of that my schedule is totally flexible! My husband is self employed as well so if i need to house sit we can always arrange our schedule however needed.

In my home, we have a fenced area with lots of room to run and lay around in for our fury friends. I also have a large crate availble for those who prefer that. But i am also willing to bring your furbaby inside of my home if need be and if they are potty trained. We dont mind dogs inside. As for in their own home, i will follow whatever care and routine they are already used and to.

I got my first dog when i was 7 years old and have taken care of dogs since then! Throughout the years weve had multiple dogs, currently we have 6! And they are all shapes, sizes and colors. Ive had female dogs who have had puppies on 3 different occassions and have cared for the puppies as well. We do everything for our own dogs from walking, playing, bathing, and sometimes even grooming them (but im no pro in that area haha). One of my babies was also diabetic, so i have experience checking blood sugar and giving insulin. I cared for my diabetic furbaby myself for 3-4 years. Ive also cared for my friends and families dogs when theyre away from home on several occasions, id love to do that for others. I know our furbabies feel safest at home, so id love to help those vacation days easier for everyone.

Our dog does NOT like strangers. He is anxious when left alone. It takes him a while to warm up to people. Not Melissa. I was shocked when he almost immediately jumped up on her lap and started licking her face!!! Dogs sense people and he had a very good sense with Melissa which makes leaving him less stressful for us.

From the beginning, Melissa was communicative, responsible, and warm. She sent regular updates, which helped us truly relax while we were away, knowing our pets were in such loving hands. The dogs were clearly happy and well cared for when we returned, the fish tank was spotless, and even our chameleon seemed extra content! The house was immaculate, and Melissa had even taken care of small things we didn’t expect, which was such a thoughtful surprise. We are so grateful for her and would welcome her back any time. Melissa has watched both of my dogs while I was out of town and they both loved her. She also recently did drop in visits and dog walks for my senior dog and it went great she’s very attentive to my dog’s needs and followed her cues about when she needed a break. I will definitely be booking her again in the future!
