We’ll play a bunch of games in the backyard, check out all the sites and smells as we walk around the neighborhood, and enjoy outings at the large dog park near my house.

My husband and I have taken care of many types of dogs since we were both kids. As well as owning dogs, we would both dog sit for neighbors when they were out of town, feed and walking the dogs. I also spent time volunteering with a local veterinary office, walking, feeding, and bathing the dogs, and cleaning out the kennels.

They’re nice enough, but maybe not the best option for larger dogs
