Hello! My name is Melanie and I have experience caring for dogs from just months old that need to get their energy out to elderly dogs that need a little extra patience and care. I always had dogs growing up but now cannot have one of my own where I live. I would love to spend time with dogs of any age or size and am comfortable walking, running, playing fetch with or just hanging out with your dogs. I am available around early mornings, lunch time, in the afternoons and evenings during the week and my weekend availability is wide open. I am open for drop in visits, overnight stays or mid-day walks. I'm looking forward to hearing from you to schedule a time!

Melanie cared for our elderly Labrador retriever when he was having a spell of weak hips. Unfortunately he didn’t understand what was happening and had withdrawn. We hated to leave him with someone else when he was so down. She patiently worked with him by helping him to get back on his feet and go about his business comfortably. When we returned he was doing much better and had regained much of his confidence. You can’t go wrong by placing your pet in Melanie's care.
