Pet care experience
Hi there! From the time I was little, I have been surrounded by all different kinds of pets- dogs, cats, hamsters, fish... the list goes on! I love all animals, and enjoy learning about them through care and company. As for my specific experience, most of my dog experience has been with middle aged and elderly dogs- giving them additional attention, gentle exercise, measuring out medication and food. As for younger dogs, I would be open to helping out as long as instructions are detailed!

A typical day
For dogs, I will make sure to take them on engaging walks with many new smells and places to explore. There is also a very nice dog park near my home that I would love to take pets to! For cats, I have a lot of experience playing with all kinds of string and feather toys to help get energy out.

Availability
I am currently working as a home aide, so I am gone between 5-6 hours at a time. When it comes to walks, they would most likely take place in the earlier morning or late afternoon/early evening, and at least three times a day on on weekends. NOTE: I will begin my first year of teaching in mid August 2025, and will be switching my profile to "away". I will return to Rover June 1st 2026 for bookings.
