Animals have always been the biggest part of my life. I've never met an animal who I didn't immediately love, no matter what species or size. I have spent my life learning to understand and communicate with animals to best meet their individual needs. The majority of my experience is in caring for animals with special needs and disabilities. I have an extensive background in animal care, including; veterinary student and technician, former volunteer coordinator & foster with the SPCA, current volunteer large animal caretaker, and much more. I am Pet CPR certified and I always carry a first aid kit, along with allergy friendly treats, a spare leash, and lots of poop bags. My goal is to give you and your pet a positive, stress-free experience that they will look forward to almost as much as they look forward to having you home. I am flexible and will always do everything in my power to accommodate requests made on short notice, emergencies, extended sitting stays, and even some holidays. I also offer the following amenities which can be added onto any existing pet service; light house cleaning, laundry, basic dog grooming, and basic dog training (these services are separate from Rover and do not appear as options, please inquire directly). I am also more than happy to accommodate other pets, and have extensive experience with all species of birds, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, tortoises, turtles, fish, pigs, cows, and horses.
