When I visit a clients home i enter with love and trust, I focus on the dog’s needs and will let them releive themselves as soon as we’re leashed and safe. After our bonding walk I will gladly follow any instructions given on food or medications. If time and trust allows I will give a snuggle or two. When sitting I have two very friendly senior dogs that will keep your pet company. While they are on the smaller size themselves they are known to have very tall friends. When another furry friend comes to hang with us I like to find our unique connection, since all dogs tend to have big personalities I take initiative to make our new friend(s) feel right at home.
Information Megan F. would like to know about your pet
Before I take your loved ones out of the home. I need to know if they have any specific triggers that make them bark, or chase so that I can be conscious of them. If your dog has any health issues where I should keep an eye on certain symptoms and make sure to help them if needed. Any specific quirks that I should be aware of. A bonus if you can let me know something that can soothe your dog or makes them happy. :)
A typical day
This really depends on the dog because as you know they each have their own personality. With my senior dogs we go on slow walks, with lots of intentional sniffs with a close eye to make sure they don’t eat off the sidewalk. With a younger dog I like to go on longer walks through their neighborhood so they get to smell everything. With super rowdy dogs I may go on a bit of a run, or my fave “little sprints” really helps them learn to follow the leash in directions.

Pet care experience
I am a senior dog owner and have that sort of knowledge only a long term dog parent can know. I am a yoga instructor, and fashion designer who generally works from home and looking for opportunities to get to the know the city and care for the neighborhoods animals. We can talk about overnight sitting as long as your animal gets along with mine (my animals are very calm vaxed and boosted) for dog walks I will leave my guys at home just to reassure my energy will be fully directed towards your fluffy fuzzy loved one.
Reviews
Megan is truly magical when it comes to caring for pets. She is intuitive, thoughtful, calm, and responsive. My two dogs, Roxy and Carmichael, absolutely adore her. They got SO used to her daily walks that they would wait for her at the door with such anticipation and excitement. And when I had to go away on longer trips, I could rest assured knowing they were not just in good hands, but GREAT hands. Especially that first time I was away; she set my anxieties and heart at ease by sending tons of photos and videos of my little munchkins. I would highly suggest Megan to anyone who wants top-notch pet care. She's also great with cats. My big boy Rufus is always meowing on and on about how he likes Megan more than me.
I have known and trusted Megan for 15 years as a compassionate and thoughtful animal-lover. They apply their inherent sensitivity to caring for pets and are incredibly responsible and detail-oriented when it comes to food and medicine for our furry friends. I'd highly recommend Megan as a loving caregiver for your furbabies.
Megan is a fantastic pet owner. Loves animals and is extremely reliable. I would happily trust her with any pet. Megan is also a very kind person and very easy to get along with and communicate with
