I work full time, but am off early on Wednesdays. Cory is always home by 4 to get potty breaks during the day. We can provide potty breaks in the am, after work, and there after. During the summer Cory, being a teacher, is home all day!

We live in town, but love doing family walks! We kennel during the day while we are away so no one decides to make any messes and get into trouble while unsupervised.

We've watched many different sizes and breeds of dogs and have loved them all! Our son Warren loves helping take care of any furry friend! Pirate is our cat is content as long as he get his space with any newcomer. Penny Lane can take a little to warm up to a guest, but once she meets them at a meet and greet she is fine for stays. Let me know routines and favorites so we can provide the best stay possible for your dog and welcome them into our family during their stay.
A typical day
I love to physically and mentally stimulate dogs. We always do walks to get the muscles working and smell everything. We also play games inside of the house to mentally stimulate pets as well.

Hello! My name is Megan and my husband's name is Cory. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for animals of all kinds and love taking care of them. I was a volunteer at the Cedar Bend Humane Society in Waterloo, Iowa from 2013 - 2020. I have had experience in administering medication both as a shot and as oral medication. I have watched furry, scaley, and feathery friends since I was 12 years old.

We reached out to them at the last minute to watch our mini goldendoodle and they responded back quickly and were able to board him that night. They did a great job, and keep us updated on how our dog was doing with pictures and texts. They did an excellent job.

Super friendly and accommodating! Sent us updates of Benjamin while he was there, and gave him lots of love and attention. He had a great time, will definitely be using them again if we are back in the area!
