I started walking dogs when I was 13, and then helped my mom grow her dog training, boarding and daycare facility into one of North Carolina’s best! I am a certified dog trainer and have been taking care of my own dogs since I could barely walk, and haven’t stopped since :) I would LOVE to help your pup get some energy out, endless amounts of love, and maybe even some social time with my own pups! I am reliable and trust worthy, and eager to work with you and your furry best friend.

McKenzie was amazing with our sweet girl!! We were looking for someone to watch our dog while we went out of town for the weekend, and she was so accommodating! She is just such a sweet person in general, and was so excited to watch our girl for us. I’d recommend her to anyone!
Kali had a wonderful play date with McKenzie and her two pups. It was great to know that our puppy was in capable hands and in a warm and puppy friendly home. Mckenzie made scheduling our last minute next day play date so easy. I would definitely recommend McKenzie and we will be using her again for play dates and overnight stays.
Our first time leaving our pup with anyone and McKenzie was amazing. Made him feel right at home! If we have to leave town again would definitely leave him with her again. Very friendly and outgoing.
Excellent experience! Sweetest couple and puppy playmates for our Koa Bear. He had such a wonderful time and was so well loved and taken care of. Sure hope they can have a play date again soon!!
McKenzie was so great! Our pups loved her and her pups and she eased any worries I had with the pictures and videos she sent daily! Would 100% recommend her!
McKenzie was AMAZING with our dog Toby. We left him in her and her husband's care for 4 days in total. He is naturally a pretty nervous dog but he was taken care of so well! He even started playing with other dogs his last day there which he never does! Will definitely be using her services and you should too!

Schedule
I work remotely, and my husband is home most days, so your dog will get to play and hang with us all day long! We make sure to crate everyone if we ever have to leave.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. We have a fenced-in yard, and a spacious house so your pup can go outside and play and then come in and rest or continue their play. My two dogs are as sweet and as welcoming as possible, so they will always have doggie company, as well. I take pride in how well taken care of (and how well trained :)) my dogs, and any other dog that I am trusted to take care of, are!

A typical day
Fetch is king at our house! We play fetch in the back yard every day. Walks and park days are a daily routine, too. Obviously, tons of cuddling, too :)
