I would treat any dog like my own
I worked at doggy daycare for 3 years. I have learned how to diffuse dog fights and read body language of dogs. I would say I am very patient with all dogs and love dogs of any size. I have also been volunteering at Michigan Animal Rescue League as apart of the Honors College at Oakland University and have learned some basic dog training.

I care for pets in my home by being patient with them and taking walks and interactions in general at their pace. I understand that by watching other peoples dogs they will be nervous so I will never force an interaction if I believe that the pet is uncomfortable. I have had dogs my whole life and have learned how to be patient and understanding of each dogs needs.

Maya has helped care for my dogs several times. She is amazing with animals and is very experienced! Maya is so caring and even took my large dog who is high energy and pulls on a 45 minute walk in the rain! She went above and beyond and even dried her off after. She was also great with my puppy and keeping him busy! I can’t recommend her enough!
Maya is a hard worker who loves all pets. I always know my dogs are in the best care when I have left them with her. She has great instincts & will be an asset to Rover.

Programa
I am a college student at Oakland University and on the days that I am not taking class I will be available to watch clients dogs and take them on walks. I will mostly be doing drop in visits and walks but if I have time I would be willing to do overnights based on my schedule. I simply love taking care of dogs and will want to make my clients lives easier.
