Pet care experience
I've had family dogs as long as I can remember. I've walked dogs professionally for companies in both Chelsea NYC and Boston's South End, where I quickly learned my skillsets and and mastered industry standards. I have an 8 year old pit-bull, Smokey, who I rescued from the MSPCA. I know how much care and work goes into dogs, both on a personal and professional level. I'd be happy to meet your dog and see if we are a good match. I do not currently offer boarding services. However, if you need drop-in visits, I have no problem adhering to your personal in-house needs.

With thoughtful, detailed reports about each venture out, we always feel informed, and know that Thelma is being carefully attended to. She LOVES Matt, and looks forward to every visit. Matt is our regular pup care provider, and he makes our Thelly so happy! She can't wait for him to arrive, and he takes extra care to ensure that she is exercising well, and doing what a pup should do! We are so pleased that Thelly has a new bestie.
Immediately, Matt made our high-strung Thelma comfortable. He knows dogs, and exactly what they need. Matt's kindness extends not only to her, but to us as well. On trash day, when our barrels are, likely, in the street, I arrive home from work with them nearly parked away. We recommend him highly.
Matt takes the best care of my pup and is always flexible with timing. Added bonus that his pictures are ones I save for framing :)!

A typical day
My favorite activities with dogs is a long hike, fetch, and a good game of tug. All dogs love a good scent walk where they can use their nose to explore the world and I pay strict attention to make sure they dont get into anything unwanted. Food motivated dogs love to work for treats and I enjoy seeing how much they can learn in even one session. Belly rubs and back scratches are complimentary, of course!

Availability
Dog walking is what I do full time, Monday through Friday. This is not a side hustle for me, its a big part of my life. Weekends, I have some availability.
