Hi, I’m Mary! I’ve always had a deep love for animals and a natural connection with them. I was born in the small town of Saint Clair, Michigan, where I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, bunnies—and even goats and chickens! Caring for animals has always been a part of who I am. In 2014 I attended Eastern Michigan University with the dream of becoming a veterinarian, but I soon realized that seeing animals sick or in pain was too tough for me. After college, I moved to Charleston, South Carolina and started a career in real estate. In 2016, I began pet sitting on the side and quickly discovered it was what truly made me happy. In 2021, I moved to Denver, Colorado to pursue pet sitting full-time. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made—since moving to Littleton in 2024, I’ve truly fallen in love with this wonderful community and am eternally grateful for all of the amazing people and pets I’ve come to know here! At home, I share my life with my playful dog, Mr. Bean, our sweet cat, Buggy, and my wonderful husband, Paul, whom I met in 2023. They all bring so much joy and inspiration, and remind me every day why I’m so passionate about caring for animals. When I’m not working or hanging out with Mr. Bean and Buggy or Paul you’ll usually find me hiking, running, at the gym, or doing something creative. I’ve worked with pets of all ages and personalities, from high-energy puppies to laid-back senior dogs. I also have experience caring for cats and small animals, and I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family.
