Brilliant from start to finish! Mark and Shangita are highly knowledgeable and extremely professional. This was my first time leaving my little dachshunds with a stranger so I was rather nervous. However, Mark put me at ease. Both he and Shangita clearly doted on my dogs. Their set up is purpose built and entirely secure! I will certainly be using them again in the future.

I am extensively trained in Enhanced Dog First Aid and have provided specialist instruction to numerous service dog handlers on advanced lifesaving techniques for both general-purpose & specialised high-risk environment dogs. This expertise enables me to respond quickly and effectively to any medical emergencies or injuries that may arise while your pet is in my care, ensuring prompt and competent handling of health-related concerns. To provide an extra layer of security, all dogs under my care are equipped with temporary Apple Air tags, enabling me to track their whereabouts & ensure their well-being throughout their time with me. My previous experience in the Military Provost & Security industry enhances my ability to provide a safe & secure environment, along with the skills necessary to handle any unforeseen circumstances that may arise, demonstrating a well-rounded & capable pet care provider. Boarding: At my family residence, your pet will receive exceptional care and be treated as if they were my own. This service is charged per nightly stay (24 hours). Your pet will be well taken care of, including daily walks, feeding and watering according to your instructions & directions. They will have access to a large secure 'certified pet safe' private training area, secure garden for emergency toilet breaks & play, as well as a spacious playing field and wooded area near my property. For added security and peace of mind, your dog will be provided with a temporary Apple air tag tracker. Additional pets will be charged at a discounted fee per night. Doggy Day Care: Your pet will be looked after at my purpose built & secure day care facility within my home for the day. They will receive socialisation, enrichment activities and regular playtime. I will follow your feeding instructions. If needed, I can also arrange to pick up your dog from your home and drop them off for an additional fee of £20. For the safety of all, pet seat belts are used in my vehicle & a secure area in the rear of my hatchback vehicle. Extended day care (over 12 hours) is £5 extra. Personal Protection Dogs: I offer a bespoke personal protection service (ProTect Group Ltd) utilising highly trained Belgian Malinois dogs, renowned for their intelligence, agility, and loyalty. Any special needs, disability, daily schedule needs or dietary requirements will be adhered to. Please let me know if your puppy/dog has any health, diet or behavioural issues. I'm also available to train your puppy/dog for correct recall, lead training, correct doggie socialising, drop it, leave it, resource guarding, fear and anxiety issues such as bikes, cars, buses, traffic etc.
A typical day
Here are just some of activities I can do with the puppies/dogs I take care of: Correct Socialisation, walks & tailored training sessions. You will be sent a in-depth report which is kept on record as a diary of the time spent with us, monitoring the progress so you have an insight into how your dog is progressing. Day care & boarding reports will be logged & sent to you on a stay basis rather than a daily basis. This is a requirement of a council registered dog career. I use a range of Hypoallergenic dog treats for pets with sensitivities, using selected natural ingredients, no added artificial flavours, colours, or antioxidants. This includes James Wellbeloved & Natural Dog Treats by Lilys Kitchen.
