It is my absolute pleasure to recommend Marie Miller as a dog walker, pet sitter, and trusted caretaker. Marie has looked after our beloved dog, Mozzie, both for daily walks and extended overnight stays, and I can say without hesitation that she is truly exceptional. We first met Marie when she worked at our local doggie daycare in Boston, and it was clear from day one that she has a natural gift with animals. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring — and above all, extremely trustworthy. Mozzie instantly latched onto Marie and rarely left her side. The bond they formed was something special; they quickly became the best of friends. Marie’s attentiveness went far beyond the basics. She would send us regular pictures and videos, capturing sweet and often hilarious moments between them. Seeing Mozzie so happy and comfortable in her care gave us an enormous sense of peace, especially when we were away for extended periods. Marie spent numerous weekends — including holidays — at our home to watch Mozzie, and she was not only a fantastic caretaker for him but also a wonderful houseguest. She treated our home and our dog with the utmost respect and love. Knowing Mozzie was in Marie’s care allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our time away. We never once worried, because we knew he was in the best possible hands. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her — Marie is compassionate, reliable, and genuinely devoted to the animals she cares for. I emphatically recommend Marie to anyone in need of a dog walker or pet sitter. Any pet would be lucky to have her in their life, and any owner will find tremendous comfort knowing their furry family member is being cared for by someone as exceptional as Marie.
It is with great pleasure that I address you on behalf of Marie Miller, regarding the possibility of her becoming a part of the Rover team. But, first, I'd like to express a few words regarding my husband and myself. You'll soon see why! You see, we never wanted to have children, so we opted to have dogs instead. The three dogs we've had since we were first married have been the three great loves of our lives! For them, we relinquished our bed and slept on the floor so they would be more comfortable after surgery or if they became sick. We changed plans without giving it a second thought so we could take them to the vet or on a play date. No amount of money was too much whenever we had to procure the best veterinary care for them. Similarly, we were extremely demanding when choosing somewhere to board them during an emergency trip on which they couldn't come along. And of course, we would have never entrusted them to anyone who didn't measure up to Marie's standards. So, there you have it. If anyone is willing and able to care for your dog as much, as diligently and as wholeheartedly as you yourself... it would be, without a doubt, Marie Miller. Marie is such an animal lover and total dog whisperer — my rescue pittie trusted her immediately. She’s extremely compassionate, responsible, and treats both pets and owners with so much respect. You can tell how much she loves the animals she cares for from the second you meet her. Honestly, she’s the only person I trust with my dog. She always goes above and beyond, and my dog is always happy to see her!
Marie has been a godsend to me when it comes to dog sitting my two dogs. She is the biggest dog lover I have ever met. She talks about past dogs she’s cared for with love and appreciation for them. The care she gives my dogs is exceptional. They absolutely love her because of the love and attention she gives to them. She is reliable and has make herself available even in last minute emergencies. You won’t find a better dog sitter. I highly recommend her.
