Before caring for a pet, I think it’s very important to learn about their personality, routine, and any special needs so I can make them feel as comfortable and safe as possible. I always like to know things such as their energy level, favorite activities, feeding schedule, walking routine, and anything that helps them feel calm and happy. I also appreciate knowing if a dog has any allergies, medications, fears, anxieties, or behaviors I should be aware of so I can give them the best care possible. Every pet is different, and I truly enjoy taking the time to understand what makes each one unique so they feel secure, and well cared for while you’re away.
A typical day
I love keeping dogs happy, active, and entertained while making sure they feel comfortable and loved. Depending on each dog’s personality and energy level, I enjoy going on long walks, playing fetch, tug-of-war, and other interactive games, as well as giving them plenty of attention and affection. For more energetic dogs, I’m always happy to keep them active with playtime and outdoor walks. For older or more relaxed dogs, I enjoy slower walks, cuddle time, and simply keeping them company so they feel safe and calm. I also love sticking to their normal routines because I know consistency helps pets feel more comfortable while their owners are away. My goal is always to make sure every pet feels cared for, loved, and has fun during our time together.
