Hi there! My name’s Margarette (pronounced Mar - ga - ret) but you can call me Marge (like Marge from the Simpsons) for short. 😊 I love taking care and playing with animals since I’ve grown up around them all my life. I started by house sitting multiple times for coworkers and friends and I’ve always made sure they came home to happy, healthy pets and a clean home! Due to being in the military, I understand how plans can change at any moment therefore I am flexible when it comes to bookings. I took a short break from pet sitting to focus on my pregnancies, home life and work life, but I'm excited to offer my services again and meet both new and familiar faces! I treat every fur baby that I meet or take care of as one of my own. I’ll be more than happy to take care of your pet! I’ll give them all the loving that they want and need, making sure you get photos or videos of them at their happiest whenever, wherever! I'm active duty Air Force and work during the day. However, I won't ever let that prevent me from giving your pets the best care possible! We have a large fenced yard so your pet is free to run until their heart's content, and we have two friendly pups who will keep your pets company at all times. We do have two young children, but we have been teaching them to be gentle with all animals. There will always be supervision whenever the children and pets are together. Pets are allowed on the furniture and we love having them lay with us in bed throughout the night. There is an option to have your pet kenneled as well if you prefer/require it.

I always prefer doing meet ups before the start of services to get to know you and your fur babies on a personal level. It allows you and your pets to get familiar and comfortable with me to set us up for a happy, safe and successful stay for all involved. I make sure to keep an eye on your pets whether inside or outside the home and follow any given instructions to a T.

If you have a chance to book with Margarette, do it! Her and her husband are so sweet and sent so many adorable pictures of our sweet boy, and I knew as soon as i met her he would be in good hands. Her two pups were also super sweet and friendly with our little Ollie. 10/10 recommend and I’ll definitely book again when I return to Fairbanks/North Pole area!

Marge did a fantastic job with our shy dog and really worked to make her feel at home while keeping us updated. She was also very flexible and accommodating with our flight delays and multiple cancellations in the way home! Would highly recommend her pet care.
Margarette did a fantastic job taking care of our fur baby! She is friendly and sweet. My cat really enjoyed her company while we were away. She did an awesome job of keeping us updated. I will be using her again!
Margarette had relieved my anxiety of leaving my dog home alone while we were out on vacation. In each drop-in visit, she made sure to keep us updated and send lots of photos. My dog was happy with all of the belly rubs, love, and treats she provided him. I highly recommend her for your fur babies :)

Schedule
I do work on Moody Air Force Base during the day, but can do drop ins before and after work (and during lunch if located in Ray City or around the Moody/Bemiss area).
