I’m a life long animal lover who has had cats and dogs my whole life besides the last few years while I raised my twins. My kids are now in school and I’m looking to do drop-ins and walks during the school day (11am-3pm). I volunteered with cats at Evanston animal shelter for several years. I have done drop-ins for cats and dogs through the years as well. My last pet, Mina, was a feral cat who needed extra love and care but slowly came out of her shell and thrived. I have also walked and cared for my friends and extended family’s dogs.

I can do drop-in visits and walks for your pets during the day. I have done drop-ins and walks for friends and family members over the years so feel comfortable with a range of animals. My home is not available for boarding.

Maggie is an empathetic and loving pet care provider. I have a scaredy cat who has needed lots of patience and understanding. He’s not the easiest pet sitting experience, and yet Maggie has always been patient and kind with him. She went above and beyond, playing with him, getting him to relax by chasing after treats, and allowing interactions to go at his pace. Maggie’s also had beloved dogs and cats of her own over the years, and I’ve seen how wonderful she is with her own fur babies. Your pets will be in the best hands if you choose Maggie as your pet care provider!
Maggie was wonderful with our cat while we were out of town. She was reliable, flexible, and attentive. Her calm and gentle demeanor made all the difference in helping our cat feel safe. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, stuck to his routines, and made sure he got plenty of playtime. We’re so grateful for the excellent care she provided and would absolutely recommend Maggie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet caregiver!
Maggie has walked my sweet (and nervous) pup, Oliver, many times. I always appreciate that she’s trustworthy and communicative and that she has a genuine love for dogs and cats!

Schedule
I am a stay at home mom, and my kids are now in full day school, so I have time to spend with your pets. I am available from 11-3pm all weekdays except Thursday. I like being active so am looking forward to walks. I currently have no pets, so look forward to caring for yours.
