United States Air Force veteran, young, very mature, disciplined, considerate, reliable, trustworthy, physical fit, patient with your pet, love working indoor/outdoor, and knowledgeable dog sitter who’s been in love with the pet companionship since day one. Will offer dog walking, dog sitting, outdoor playtime, puppy care, pet comfort, animal first aid service provided as well. Provided house sitting duties which included: collected mail, newspaper and packages; watered plants; put garbage/recycling bins out on designated days. Performed Administrative backup duties on the LeashTime system which included: assuring that all pet sitting visits are completed timely by all sitters; processed service or cancellation requests; emailed clients; availability in the case that sitters have emergencies. Malik was a great caretaker and tended to my pets well and on late notice, he took perfect care but did not lock my door or follow key drop off instructions.
Malik did an awesome job taking care of Wrigley. He helped us out last minute and we felt very grateful that he was able to be there for our boy while we were away for the weekend. Will request him again in the future.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I contacted Malik on December 18th. I had planned to leave the city on the 22nd and return on the 25th and the reservation I wanted to make was for house sitting. We made the first video call and he agreed to take care of my two dogs. I tried to contact him on December 20th because it seemed very important to me that he come to my house to meet the dogs in person and from that day on he didn't answer calls. He answered messages in a very vague way telling me that he would call me but he never did. On the 22nd the service started at 10am and at 12pm, when I was already 8 hours away he decided to tell me that he wasn't going to be able to take care of my dogs using excuses. My dogs were left alone all day and I had to return home.
Great communication, has good, calm energy that helps relax the dogs. We were able to enjoy our time with family out of town knowing he was in good hands with Malik & well cared for. Axl seemed to have enjoyed himself as well :)
