I am a line dance instructor full time, so I have no issues fitting in pet care! I teach classes 4 times a week and sometimes I do dance events on Fridays. I am available for casual walks or play dates on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Friday mornings-afternoon, and am available for overnight boarding most weekends.

I have two dogs in my home, one senior Chihuahua/Beagle mix and one young Pitbull mix. Both are up-to-date on all shots. I do have 1 crate available if needed. My pitty does typically get crated when I’m not home. Both dogs have access to food and water bowls. I do not have a fenced in yard, so I am very used to leashes. I love to take my dogs to the local dog park (5 minutes away). Both of my dogs are potty trained and leash trained. I am comfortable with walking dogs, feeding dogs, and administering oral medications.

Please let me know if: your dog is not crate trained or potty trained, if your dog needs medication administered, if your dog has any medical issues (including allergies and anxiety), and where your dog prefers to sleep (in crate, on the couch, in the bed). Be sure to tell me how often and how much to feed your pups.

For most dogs, playtime is a must! I love to watch them get their energy out by running around, playing fetch, or just chewing on their favorite toy. If comfortable, I do have a local dog park that I can take them to. I have never had any issues while I’ve been there.

I’ve always had a passion for pets, and my experience caring for animals runs deep. I've looked after my neighbors' dogs and cats, and I’ve taken care of my sister's big 110-pound dog along with her two mischievous kittens. Growing up with dogs, I’ve developed a solid understanding of their needs, and right now, I’m lucky to have two amazing pups of my own: a 12-year-old Chihuahua and a lively 5-year-old Pitbull. They’re the best of friends, and they’ve taught me a lot about senior dog care and playtime balance. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, and I’m committed to making sure your pets feel loved and well cared for while you’re away.

Maggie was great overall with Stella. She gave her plenty of attention, as well as walking, exercise and plenty of pets. Stella easily got along with her two fur babies. She sent updates daily as well as pics I really appreciated the responses as they were very quick. I highly recommend her. I will be using services again in the winter for a 10 day trip perhaps housesitting or dog sitting again. Thanks again, Maggie.
