Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Mackenzie, and caring for animals has been a lifelong passion of mine. I was raised around both dogs and cats of all ages — from energetic puppies and curious kittens to gentle seniors — and I’ve developed years of hands-on experience with everything from basic training to daily care and affection.

Information Mackenzie S. would like to know about your pet
To provide the best care possible, I always like to learn a few key things about your pet before our time together: • Daily routine: Feeding schedule, potty times, walking preferences, and sleeping habits • Temperament & behavior: Are they shy, energetic, anxious, or reactive in certain situations (e.g., around other dogs, strangers, or noises)? • Health needs: Medications, allergies, past injuries, or medical conditions I should be aware of • Training & rules: Commands they know, areas of the house they’re allowed in, or behaviors you’re currently working on • Socialization: Are they friendly with other pets or prefer space? Do they do well in new environments or with new people? • Triggers & comfort items: Anything that may upset or soothe them (e.g., loud noises, favorite toys, crate, etc.) The more I know about your pet’s personality and routine, the better I can match the care they’re used to and make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, active, and mentally stimulated — so I always tailor play and activities to fit each animal’s personality, age, and energy level! My goal is always to keep your pet both mentally and physically enriched while you’re away — and to make sure they’re having as much fun as possible in a safe and loving environment.
