We had a fantastic first experience using Rover thanks to Lucy! As first-time users, we were a little nervous about having someone come into our home while we were out of town, but Lucy made the entire process feel easy and reassuring from the start. She responded to our request almost immediately and scheduled a meet & greet within just a few days, which really helped put us at ease. While we were away, Lucy came by daily to take care of our cat, and she did an excellent job. It was clear our cat was well cared for, and we really appreciated the updates and attention she gave. Knowing that Lucy has cats of her own and also works at an animal hospital gave us an extra level of confidence that our pet was in great hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking with Lucy again in the future. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and caring pet sitter!

Lucy was absolutely amazing with our two dogs while we were on vacation. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such caring, capable hands. She kept us updated, gave them so much love and attention, and treated them like her own. We came home to two very happy, well-cared-for pups and a spotless space.
