Loving Pet Friend in Edmonton
Hello everyone! I grew up on a farm in a small village in Germany, always surrounded by cats and dogs. My Persian cat was with me for 17 years, and since then I’ve cared for a 6-month-old puppy, a senior dog, two cats and rabbits. Each pet has taught me something different, from handling puppy energy to supporting older pets with patience. I recently moved from Edmonton to Calgary, in a much smaller apartment with lots of places to hide properly :-). I’m not ready here for a pet of my own yet, but I enjoy spending time with animals and giving them attention and structure. Your pet matters to me! I want to make sure they have a calm and comfortable experience while their loved one is away. Even though I’m a dog lover, due to the size of my apartment, I only accept smaller dogs.

This was our second booking w Lucy, and I could tell by the way Moon greeted Lucy that he loves his time with her- he was literally jumping with joy when he saw her. Communication was easy, Moon was happy and had lots of walks and attention. This is a silly small detail - moon is a white dog, and he came back with clean eyes and fur - i know this means that daily Lucy was giving him the same kind of care he gets at home with us. We will definitely use Lucy again.
I use Lucy every time I come to town with my dog. She is fantastic and I highly recommend using her services. Thanks again :)

Programa
I have a full flexible schedule and am able to work from home 7 days a week. I often go for a run and a daily walk in the river valley, which is around the corner.

No house, no yard, but a small apartment with lots of green places around. My apartment is secure, it has lots of spots to hide if your pet needs space.

As a runner, I know the best parks around Calgary and I’m always up for long walks if that’s what your dog needs. I also enjoy just spending time with pets — whether that’s playing, keeping them engaged or giving them plenty of cuddles. For me, taking care of an animal means being present with them and matching their needs and energy. Sometimes that’s activity, sometimes it’s calm time together. I’m happy to do both.
