Hi there. I have had pets all my adult live and grew up with them. Looking after animals feels like second nature! I will love and care for them and can spend real time with them as I can work from your home if needed. In other roles I am a mindfulness and yoga teacher and trainee integrative therapist. I work (freelance) for mental health charity Mind and have a current enhanced DBS certificate. In a previous life I worked as a staff, and then freelance, journalist, specialising in wellbeing and travel. Hobbies usually involve spending time outside, walking and being in nature! I love volunteering for Essex Wildlife Trust, helping with wildlife surveys.

Lucia looked after our dog and two cats and did a fantastic job. It was clear that our pets had been very well looked after and we felt Lucia was very empathetic towards them. We have already booked her again!

Excellent care from Lucia - arrived promptly for a very early start and the dogs were happy and well cared for when we got back. Would definitely book her again!
Both Tiggy & Ella absolutely love Lucia. They warmed to her instantly. I feel so happy and at peace to know my cats can remain at home in their daily routine and environment which has allowed me to have more freedom and not stress whilst I am away on weekend trips.
Lucia was wonderful at looking after our 3 cats whilst we were away; she gave us updates on how they were and gave our elderly cat her medication. Came home to happy cats :) Thank you Lucia! Looking forward to next time
I am feeling Extremely happy. Our Communication via the booking went extremely well. I met with Lucia prior to going away and we got on like a house on fire :-) My cats warmed to Lucia instantly and upon my return were extremely relaxed and happy, it was like I had never been away. Looking forward to booking Lucia in the near future.

Schedule
I work for myself, running a small yoga and mindfulness studio and teaching. I am also a trainee counsellor. Much of my work is online so I can do it anywhere!
