30+ years experience raising dogs. I specialize in smaller FEMALE dogs - most of my boarders are under 10 pounds and all are under 15 pounds. I own an 9lb Maltese/Toy Poodle mix. In the past I have owned several small dogs including a tiny 3.5lb Yorkshire Terrier so I know what extra care is required for small dogs. I work from home so I can give extra attention and lots of short walks - we have 2 private short hiking path loops in our backyard. In addition to the natural wooded areas with trails we also have a large flat grassy area for play or business and a secure deck for play or sunbathing. I'm good with giving medication as needed. I provide owners with daily updates and photos of their dogs walking, playing and enjoying their time here. I'm flexible about your drop off/pick up schedule since I work from home and have a fairly flexible schedule.
