My schedule is currently fully open and very flexible, which means I can easily adapt to different dog-sitting needs. I’m available for weekdays, weekends, short-notice bookings, and longer stays, and I’m happy to work around each dog’s usual routine. This flexibility allows me to give dogs plenty of time, attention, walks, and care throughout the day rather than rushing in and out. I’m reliable, punctual, and able to commit fully to the time needed to make sure each dog feels settled and well looked after.

When caring for someone’s pet, I follow a consistent daily routine that focuses on comfort, safety, and wellbeing. The day includes feeding according to the pet’s usual schedule, making sure fresh water is always available, and keeping their space clean and secure. For dogs, this includes regular walks and toilet breaks, as well as playtime and mental stimulation. Throughout the day, I spend quality time with the pet, offering companionship, affection, and reassurance so they feel relaxed and settled. I closely monitor their behaviour, appetite, and energy levels, and in the evening I provide dinner, a final walk or toilet break, and calm time to help them settle for the night, always following the owner’s instructions carefully.

I’ve got plenty of experience looking after dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’m confident with daily care such as feeding, walking, playtime, and sticking to routines, as well as giving dogs lots of attention and reassurance while their owners are away. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their own environment, and I’m very patient and calm with nervous or energetic dogs. I’m also used to cleaning up after dogs, keeping their space tidy, and making sure they get enough exercise and mental stimulation. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and treat them as if they were my own, always following owners’ instructions carefully and keeping them updated if needed.

We booked Lola to sit with our boys for 5 days and she was excellent. She gave genuine care to our 2 anxious dogs and she provided us with regular updates which reassured us that the boys were doing well. Our home was immaculate when we returned, which showed us how conscientious and trustworthy she is. We have already booked multiple sittings with Lola and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
Lola has house sit our beagle a few times now and has been excellent every single time. Lola is responsive, attentive and clearly loves animals. Our beagle is really excited every time he sees Lola. I cannot recommend Lola enough and thank her for taking such good care of our boy.
Lola is a friendly dog sitter who took great care of our house. We did have a couple of concerns during get stay with her promptness/time keeping, communication and maintenance if house security. 1. She arrived late. We booked Lola to look after our boys from 8am, although during our initial meeting we did say please arrive before 9am. However, she did not turn up until 10:00am. There had been no communication about this delay. Lola did leave earlier that the booking, however did communicate this with us. 2. Lack of communication generally. We did ask for pictures to be provided, however received no updates unless prompted and only 1 picture of the dogs over the week. Very generic updates were given when prompted - none without a prompt from us. 3. Front door. This was left unlocked when she walked the boys which gave us a fair amount of concern. We did not raise this with Lola as we found this out after the fact, but we're only informed by Lola that she was having problems with our door when she was leaving the property at the end of the job. 4. There was an incident where Lola left our boys for a prolonged period without any communication. In our notes and our first meeting, we had said that the boys can be left for 1-2 hours on their own but can get fairly anxious. Lola had informed us that she would be out of there house, but ended up being around 4 hours. This was also over a mealtime. We are aware there were other circumstances at play (waiting for buses etc).
