Logan helped out tremendously when my girlfriend and I had to find a last minute caretaker while we were away! She was extremely flexible on timing to meet our schedule and Zelda’s needs on a short notice!! Thanks Logan!!

Logan was great. Quick response and was able to drop in on short notice when we had to leave our dog for an extended period.

Logan is unreliable, irresponsible, childish, uncommunicative, and unapologetic. We booked Logan for 2 nights of house sitting so we could attend a family event two states away. She claimed she could get to the house each day around 2pm to let our dogs out, and could be at the house in the evenings. On the first day she arrived 2 hours later than promised, stayed for a while but then left again for several hours. It was heartbreaking watching our dogs on video waiting at the front door for someone to come. I contacted her several times about her absences and she didn't seem to understand or care that she wasn't providing the care she had promised. When she was more than 3 hours late on the second day, I contacted her to ask when she'd get to the house and her response was "later this evening". I reminded her that she had committed to be at the house around 2pm each day and she replied with childish excuses. I had to frantically call another sitter to let our dogs out and feed them, who upon arrival found very anxious, hungry dogs who needed to be let out, and an EMPTY WATER BOWL. Logan had left the house 10 hours earlier. By this time we had made our apologies for missing the remaining festivities and were rushing home, driving through the night to get back, and informed Logan of our plans. Despite spending less than 12 hours at our house and neglecting our dogs, Logan managed to leave a mess on the kitchen counter, dirty dishes in the sink, a large mud stain on the carpet, and a clogged toilet.
