I have loved and cared for animals my entire life, and your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness will always be my absolute top priority. My husband, Frank, and I currently do not have pets of our own, which means our home is a peaceful, quiet sanctuary. To provide the highest standard of care, I exclusively host only one family’s pets at a time. Your dog will enjoy our entire home, my undivided attention, and a calm environment free from the stress or unpredictability of multi-dog packing. Over the decades, I have raised and trained my own dogs, completed extensive training classes, and mastered the art of positive reinforcement and consistent behavioral care. I also served as a volunteer for the Arizona Humane Society, where I was one of only a few volunteers trusted to work across multiple animal departments (including dogs, cats, rabbits, and even fancy rats—ask me about them when we meet!). This enjoyable hands-on experience taught me to appreciate and cater to each animal's unique personality. I fully retired in January 2026, which gives me 100% flexibility to provide focused, attentive care. Whether it’s maintaining a strict feeding routine, enjoying fun neighborhood walks, or simply offering constant companionship, I treat every pet like member of our own family. It would be my honor and privilege to care for your pet!

Lisa and Frank were awesome! Great communication and photo updates without even having to ask. You can tell they love taking caring of dogs and their back yard is perfect! My Yorkie Bella quickly felt comfortable with them. This is my first time using rover and I highly suggest to reach out to them if you are thinking about boarding your dog with them!
Lisa did an amazing job taking care of my boy and it was such a relief knowing he was in good hands. She was very accommodating and had great communication, and Larry will definitely be back!

Lisa and Frank are the absolute best! They poured so much love into our dog, Scarlett, while we were out of town. It was a huge relief to know that she was so well cared for in our absence. We will use them again and again. We received daily photos and updates. We cannot thank them enough.

Lisa was absolutely amazing with our dogs. Both dogs are a little skittish with strangers, so we were hesitant in the beginning. Lisa made them feel comfortable and welcome, even on the 4th of July (which dog parents know can be tough). We would 100% leave our dogs with Lisa and her husband again.

Programa
I'm currently retired and my only obligation is a volunteer shift that I pull off every Tuesday for just a few hours - normally from about 10:00 am until Noon or 1:00. I occasionally have appointments outside of the home or I may embark on a motorcycle ride a time or 2 a month or have lunch with friends but I'm often at home. I'm physically active - I walk, hike and do weight training so any size animal, big or small is of no concern. Your pet and I will be great pals!

My home is ideal for overnight stays because I don't have pets of my own right now. When pets are inside our home, they are part of the family. They're inside when we're inside - watching TV, sleeping, eating dinner, or throwing the ball across the living room, and they have plenty of room to roam outside in the back yard when they want to stretch their legs. We have a large, fully fenced in yard (block wall) with a grassy area on which they can stretch out and sun bathe. We also have a doggie door they can use if they're trained to do so!
Un día normal
I love taking dogs for walks around the neighborhood so they can get in all their daily sniffs - reading the morning newspaper for dogs is important! There is a park near by where they can meet other doggos if their personality permits this. I love to play ball with dogs in the backyard where they have plenty of room to run. Cuddle time, consistent meals and a comfortable place to rest and lounge will all be on the agenda of a typical day!
